Lawn Doctor has been taking care of my lawn for 3+ years and my centipede grass has been it healthiest in the 13 years I’ve lived here. I tried doing it myself for most of the 13 years, but the weeds we’re getting worse each spring. Summer heat would kill off most of the weeds but not all. I would use Scott’s Bonus S and it would green up and look good. But in the late summer a different weed would move in. I also went to a local feed and seed store and bought their pre-emergent and would put it down in the winter and spring with no help. Lawn Doctor has done an excellent job with my centipede lawn and I would recommend them for your lawn care based on my experience. ~ Michael H

Awesome!! Lawn Doctor meet with me in person in a very timely fashion! They were far more responsive to get someone out to my house and talk with me face to face. They listened to me and willing to work with my unique needs and hopes, they priced their service accordingly which was a major help to me, and their results speak for themselves! My lawn is better then ever and the costs are far less then buying chemicals at Walmart! I also love the organic materials they use. Lawn, life & finances are healthier then ever, best switch I ever made! I'll never go back to the DIY way ever again!! ~ Seth E

I have used different lawn companies in the past. Over all the experience has been from jus OK to awful. Until now. With Lawn Doctor it’s very obvious that they take as much pride in making my yard look it’s best as I do. The office staff is always courteous and friendly. Anytime I have a specific question, I have been able to talk to Justin who has been extremely professional and helpful. Recently my yard started to turn brown, which has never happened this time of the year. I called Lawn Doctor and was immediately put through to Justin. As said before he is very professional and very through. He listened to my concern and immediately knew the what the problem was. Unfortunately my area has had an infestation of Army worms. Justin not only knew what to do, but sent someone out to treat my yard THE NEXT day. Very impressive!!! In this COVID world it is next to impossible to get that kind of customer service. If you are look for a HONEST and professional lawn company I highly recommend Lawn Doctor. ~ David H

I have tried several lawn care services in the past, and even self-treated my lawns all with mediocre success. Lawn Doctor has serviced my lawn for three years now and I have a rich vibrant lawn, free of weeds and fungus. Any time I call for additional applications they respond immediately. My route manager Wesley and Technician Todd are very knowledgeable of the products and techniques they use, and readily explain what's happening with the lawn when asked. Just started using this week. So far, every step of the experience has been outstanding. Talked to a sales professional on Monday (Justin) and he was able to schedule my first lawn service today; my mosquito service is scheduled on Friday. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also I have talked to two receptionists this week who were also for friendly and met my needs. I wished I had gotten their names as well! A courteous receptionist is a must for businesses and sometimes not as appreciated as they should be. Today Todd performed my first lawn service. He was very friendly and was so thorough in his lawn application, being careful to really saturate any problem areas. He took about an hour to complete the service. I used a different lawn service last year and they were usually finished in about 15 minutes and were not nearly as thorough and were more expensive. Anxious to see how the lawn progresses over the next few months. Again, I can’t say enough about Todd! Great job! ~ Lanita P

I have been using Lawn Doctor of Madison for 2-3 years now. When I purchased my home, the yard was overrun with weeds. After calling Wesley, who was an absolute professional, I was able to craft a treatment plan that best suited my property. Wesley was even able to maximize savings through current deals, and really made my decision to go with Lawn Doctor an easy one. I switched from my previous service to Lawn Doctor three years ago. Best decision I could have made. Our technician Chris is awesome. Quality and consistency best describes our treatments. They have visited several times just to treat problematic weeds without charging. When ever I have questions they spend as much time as necessary, patiently answering my inquiries. They are head and shoulders more efficient than any other service I have used. Obviously, I highly recommend them. ~ Tim H

Tyler and Todd did an awesome job on my yard. Within a week, the weeds have turned yellow (dying). I have pulled some up by root and as you can see from the photo, they are dying. I was also advised that if the weeds do not show signs of dying within a couple of weeks, contact them for a service call. The receptionist was also very nice and courteous, which means a lot to me. Due to almost daily rains, I had a call back due a recent weed application that unfortunately, the technician was rained out who first tried to perform the monthly weed application. After calling, and asking for a respray, I was very impressed with Michael, a local supervisor came out and painstakingly walked the whole yard spraying any weeds that he could see. He took the extra time to assure that as a customer, I was satisfied with his applying the weed control. He went above and beyond in making sure he eliminated any weeds in my lawn. He is also planning to follow-up in a week to make sure the weed control he applied took care of any lingering weeds. You don't experience that in today environment with how little you receive in customer service. They exceeded my expectations as I know they will yours, if given the chance. While Michael was spraying my yard, my neighbor asked Michael to take a look at his back yard. Needless to say, Lawn Doctor is earning my neighbor's business as well. This is my second year with Lawn Doctor and I am glad I selected them to take care of my lawn care needs. ~ John H

I am new to the southern region and used another lawn service last year for the small yard in front of my townhouse. I switched to Lawn Doctor this past year and was very pleased with their service and how my lawn looked. I prepaid last January and they did all the treatments as scheduled sending me an email notification as to when they would be here. I think they’re reasonably priced and give good service. My wife and I have been totally pleased with the services provided by the team at Lawn Doctor. I was skeptical at first when Michael McCowen approached us early last year about providing lawn services for our new home. Michael saw first hand when he did his estimate that the sod that the homebuilder had installed was of poor and mixed quality and in a very sad state. Mike didn't make any promises at the time, but he did state that if we gave them a try we could cancel at anytime and he would refund the balance of our account for the annual services. In six months our sod showed positive signs of becoming a lawn that any home owner would be proud of and by the time that fall had set in our yard had gone from being a browned and weed infested lawn to being one of the best in the neighborhood. My neighbors say that I "baby" my lawn, but I just did the weekly cutting and trimming to keep the growth under control. I give credit to Lawn Doctor and their services. Even though winter has set in and my grass has gone dormant, you can still see how thick and lush our lawn has become in less than a year. KUDOS to the LAWN Doctor Team! ~ Randal H

I inherited a yard full of weeds when I purchased my home. I tried to treat it myself, but I just couldn't handle it. Lawn Doctor has done wonders, and my lawn is looking healthy and beautiful! I have been using Lawn Doctor for about 10 months now. I noticed after a week or so the last time they treated the yard, some weeds and crab grass. I annotated it on the bill so that they could pay attention to it next month. They sent a service agent out immediately to retreat the yard! You can tell the crab grass has been remedied. Lawn Doctor was great last year, so we kept them and so far this year they are doing fairly well with our lawn. We still have weeds here and there but they are trying. Lawn Doctor has been a dependable and highly professional company. I had Wayne’s for quite sometime and just needed a change plus it didn’t help that they made a an error that cost me some money. They don’t pressure you to buy other services but at the same time they make you aware of what they offer. ~ . m
